So far so good, the pair is progressing as planned. For today I expect the pair to move towards resistance near 1.5920. I have a bullish alternate count presented below, which shows a complex correction forming towards possibly 1.63xx. If this takes place we should see new highs by mid August. However I would like to see the previous high near 1.6030 taken out before I switch to this count.

I expect to see the pair trapped in a range today before any bigger moves can occur. Any move down should find support near 1.5830 where we should look to go long whilst resistance should be near 1.5970 where I suspect will trigger a sizeable move downwards.

Continuing with the bullish momentum from yesterday, I am expecting the pair to reach resistance near 1.6020 today. Wave C should begin later and bring the pair back to 1.58xx initially.

Another round of confusing wave progression (for me at least!). While we have seen a strong move by Euro on Friday, I doubt this will carry on for long as my mid term outlook for the EUR is bearish. For today look for support to come in near 1.5810-1.5800, I view this as crucial for the bulls to stay in play. Look to go long near this area with a tight stop below 1.5780 and target next significant resistance near 1.6020.

Nothing much to write about other than still waiting for the move up to find resistance hopefully in the 1.5770-5790 level before the expected dollar strength. Refer to chart below.

I am expecting the pair to reverse near 1.5790(61.8% retracement) and head deeper towards our target near 1.5380. However I do not expect this to happen overnight but carry on over the next few days. Short term traders can look to scalp the markets on every dip but be careful once the pair reaches 1.5750 and above.

How unfortunate to have wave v stop short of our target. On the plus side, we have probably started wave C down which in the end, hopefully, will build a solid base for the pair to move up and break new highs. I am targeting wave C to end near 1.53xx. We will get a clearer target around next week. For now look to sell any rallies towards 1.5790 (50% retracement).

The pair did not retrace as much as we expected and met support near 1.5720. The pair should meet strong resistance near 1.5950 where I expect a reversal to occur. Maximum projection for wave v will be 1.6012 (78.6% fibonacci extension). For today, any retracement towards 1.5800 should be viewed as a buying opportunity for short terms gains.

I feel we have not yet seen the end of this move up in wave c of b. I am expecting support near 1.5680 to be tested before we begin the final 5th of c of b. Only a break and daily close below 1.5630 should see the trend shift downwards.
